Course objectives (in Czech)

Přednáška se bude zabývat vybranými tématy antické filosofie od Aristotela po konec antiky. Navazuje na přednášku z předchozího semestru.

Syllabus (in Czech)

1. Aristotelés: a) život, dílo, vztah k Platónovi; b) Aristotelův přínos v metafyzice, fyzice, logice, etice; c) Aristotelův vliv na další vývoj antické a středověké filosofie. 2. Helénistické filosofické školy: a) skepticismus; b) epikúreismus; c) problémy stoické filosofie. 3. Náboženské prvky ve filosofii po přelomu letopočtu. 4. Novoplatónská filosofie. 5. Rozvoj křesťanské filosofie - apologetika, patristika. 6. Augustin Aurelius. 7. Boëthius a přechod od antické ke středověké filosofii.
