- Seminář seznámí studenty ukrajinské filologie s hlavními událostmi ukrajinských dějin od počátku 18. století po vznik nezávislého ukrajinského státu. Cílem je získání všeobecného přehledu a zasazení ukrajinské historie do širších souvislostí. Pozornost bude věnována i etnografii a geografii Ukrajiny.
