Course objectives
This course has a practical orientation. The aim is to work on a translatological project - production of a Czech version of the exhibition called Die verborgene Tugend.
The aim of the project is the final version which will be printed of presented on-line of a introductory text and guide to the exhibition. This exhibition was first presented in Italy by the Austrian library in Udine. Further materials for the catalogue will be prepared during this seminar as well that can serve for the catalogue for the exhibitions prepeared by the Austrian libraires in Prague, Olomouc, Brno,Znojmo, Opava, České Budějovice, Pilsen. This seminar is also a complementary seminar to the seminar Introduction to the history of the German speaking countries. At the end of the course the students should be able to work in a team and to work individually, they should practice their translatological skills and develop their translatological competence.
