- Course objectives
- The objective is to make students understand the functional interpretation and construction of texts. At the end of the course students will be able to:
understand the key concepts and definitions in stylistics;
distinguish different styles;
recognize different linguistic patterns used as stylistic devices;
analyze texts and create various texts by the use of stylistic principles and devices. - Syllabus
