- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic theory and practice of group work as an important promoter of experiential reflective learning process.
At the end of this course the student will:
• know the important terms and principles associated with group work
• be able to use these terms and principles in specific examples
• be able to explain and describe the basic group processes
• be able to influence these processes through specific methods and techniques
• have an idea about the relationship between group work and experiential reflective learning - Syllabus
- The first part of the course consists of theory which deals with the issues and principles of group work. Theoretical part is followed by a practical workshop where students will have the opportunity to practice different types of work with the group dynamics on their own.

- Teaching methods
- Lecture, group discussion, individual consultation, workshop. The lectures will take place in the classroom M21 (Joštova 13) and workshop in the classroom ACOR (Veveří 26).

- Written test. To succesfully complete the course students are expected to sign the attendance list and submit feedback form to mail acor@acor,cz. This form will be available in the final lesson of the course.
