- Course objectives
- Reading and interpreting selected poems of Horace. At the end of this course the students should be able to translate correctly and interpret the poems of Horace in the context of the poetry of the Augustean period. They will be also able to read and analyse all the Horatian meters.

- Individual reading and consulations. Colloquium proves the students´ ability of reading, translating and interpreting a selected poem, and their knowledge of ancient metric systems.
