Course objectives
The course aims to develop the communication and oral skills in Italian language. The activities deal with the oral production and reception as well as the analysis of the structures and functions of communication. In particular, with reference to the Common European Framework for Languages, the students will develop their oral abilities for interaction and production.
Syllabus
  • After selecting some topics, the students will carry out tasks dealing with oral reception (listening) and production (conversation). In particular the tasks will allow the students to enhance their oral competences in morphosyntax, in vocabulary, in communication efficacy, in registers and styles adequacy as well as in lexical and phonetic ones.
Literature
  • Bibliographical material will be provided during the course.
Teaching methods
Workshop activities, pair and group discussion, role-plays, listening tasks and comparison of authentic materials.
Assessment methods
Attendance of the course is mandatory. Oral test and discussion on the materials of the course. The students who don't attend the courses have to set an alternative syllabus with the teacher.
