Course objectives
At the end of this course, students will be able to understand and explain the basic principles of law in the Czech Republic orientate the content of the relevant regulations and apply the basic provisions of museum practice .
Syllabus
  • Introduction, basic terms, literature.
  • History of law, resources, functions of law.
  • System of law, rule, law in practice.
  • Inception and formation of law.
  • Tapes of law.
  • Protection of cultural and natural heritage - basic rules.
  • International law.
