- Předmět je určen zejména pro studenty učitelství.
Improvizace je schopnost efektivně reagovat na nečekanou situaci, ať už se jedná o náladu ve školní třídě, nečekanou otázku nebo nepředvídatelný vnější impuls. Studenti se naučí zachovat klid a nenechat se zaskočit. Díky zachování vnitřního klidu, pak mohou pohotově zvolit vhodnou reakci a směřovat (žáky ve třídě, pracovní tým...) k vyřešení nečekané situace. Studenti se naučí orientovat v tom, co se ve skupině právě děje a zapojit její členy do společného řešení. Osvojením improvizačních dovedností studenti také získají sebevědomí v projevu před lidmi a zbaví se trémy a strachu z neznáma.
Vyučované techniky částečně vycházejí z divadelního prostředí. Učitelství a divadlo mají jednu společnou věc - vystoupení před určitou formou publika. Pravidelným tréninkem se studenti naučí vnímat svůj hlas a tělo a používat je v souladu s tím, co chtějí předat. Vědomá práce s hereckými technikami umožní studentům jasně komunikovat svoje sdělení ve třídě, na pracovní poradě, týmovém setkání apod. - Syllabus (in Czech)

- Active training (individualy or in groups) thourgh improv exercises and activities followed by review or feedback.

- Credit is awarded for active participation in lessons and submiting summary report about one of the topics of the course.
