Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand the problems and functioning of cultural policies in the Czech Republic, but also in the contexts of the other conceptions of cultural policy in the EU countries and the USA.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to: - Identify different kinds of cultural policies - describe the costs and benefits of cultural policies - analyze the potential of different cultural institutions in the current cultural policy system
