- Course objectives
- Seminar is focused on life and work of the composer Leoš Janáček, especially on his stage work.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to analyze Janáček's work and to include it in an international context.
- Syllabus
- Seminar is focused on the analysis of Janáček's work from both musical and dramaturgical point of view. Students will work with full score, also problematics of the musical edition will be presented. Some interesting audio and video recordings will be played.
