- Course objectives
- This course continues to work with the topics and aims of the course Kirjallinen viestintä. The aim of this course is to develop the written communication skills in Finnish and familiarize the student with the characteristics of Finnish written communication. The course will focus on reading as well as writing skills.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course students will know and recognize more genres from everyday life. Students will be able to choose the correct style and express themselves in the given situation. They will know the characteristics of Finnish written communication and will also be able to read between the lines.
This course will develop the writing skills in general: for example the use of Finnish time tenses. Students will be able to write short instructions or descriptions of events or action. Subtle nuances will be more familiar to them. - Syllabus
