- Course objectives
- Students will achieve knowledge of basements of andragogy and of principles of human resource development from international, national, regional and organizational perspective. They will understand the relationship between education and competency in context of life and social roles. Students will understand the variety of interests on adult education and human resource development and will reflect the needs of main agents in the field.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- understand the variety of interests on adult education and human resource development,
- understand the relationship between education and competency in context of life and social roles,
- describe the specifics of adult education,
- describe current labour market trends,
- orient oneself in the field of strategic documents. - Syllabus

- Human resource development at the national and international level: research and analysis.
- Main thesis of human resource development. Learning, performance and change as main foci of HRD. Education, training and development. HRD and social responsibility.
