- Course objectives
- At the end of the course, students will master the knowledge of historical and topographical development of Italy and the process of urbanization of the territory. The students will also be able to mark regions and cities in the map and list their most famous archaeological sites.
- Learning outcomes
- After successfull passing the course, students will be able to:
- Identify and place in a map principal historical regions of Italy
- Describe historical and cultural development of the given region
- List fundamental archaeological sites of the region
- Compare and analyze individual regions in terms of their material culture
- Define individual tribes settled in the Apennine peninsula in terms of their material culture, residential and funerary architecture - Syllabus
