- Course objectives
- The aim of this training is to develop key soft skills, which are essential for successful professional growth and personal self-realization. Participants will learn and improve the following skills: Communication skills: They will learn to communicate effectively, present their ideas and listen to others. Stress Resilience: They will acquire tools and techniques to cope with stressful situations and maintain inner calm under challenging conditions. Time management: They will learn to plan and manage their time to effectively achieve their goals and increase their productivity. Teamwork: Improve their ability to work with colleagues, resolve conflicts and foster team dynamics. Emotional Intelligence: They will gain skills in understanding their own emotions and those of others, leading to better relationships and more empathetic behaviour. Creativity: They will learn to develop their creativity and approach problem solving from new and innovative angles. Decision-making and critical thinking skills: They will improve their ability to analyse situations, make informed decisions and solve problems effectively. Flexibility: Learn to adapt to change, respond quickly to new situations and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course "Skills Development Training" students will be able to:
Communicate effectively: express their ideas, opinions and feedback clearly and comprehensibly in a variety of contexts, both in written and oral form. They will improve their listening skills and their ability to engage in constructive dialogue.
Stress management: recognise stress factors and use specific techniques to manage stress, maintain emotional stability and increase personal resilience in challenging situations.
Effective time management: to plan and prioritise tasks with respect to time requirements and goals. They will be able to optimise their workflow and improve their productivity.
Teamwork: work effectively with other team members, contribute to team dynamics, resolve conflicts and promote a positive team culture.
Emotional Intelligence: understand their emotions and those of others, enabling them to better manage their personal and professional relationships. They will be able to respond effectively to the emotional needs of others and improve their empathy.
Creative thinking: approach problems and challenges with innovative and creative thinking. They will be able to find new ways of solving problems and foster creative initiatives in the work environment.
Critical thinking and decision making: analyse different situations with critical insight, evaluate possible scenarios and make informed decisions. They will be able to apply strategic and analytical thinking in practice.
. Flexibility and Adaptability: Quickly adapt to new situations, changes and challenges in work and personal life. They will learn to deal effectively with unexpected situations and find optimal solutions in a changing environment. - Syllabus
- The main topics of the course are: development of communication skills, stress resistance skills, time management, teamwork skills, creativity, emotional intelligence, decision-making and critical thinking, flexibility.
