- Course objectives
- Introduction. Development, characteristic components of ecosystems. Abiotic geophysical and geochemical elements; biotic elements; ecological systems. Population - characteristic features, ecological structure, dynamics; study of organisms distribution, area types. Relations between organisms and lifeless environment, between organisms and life environment; introspecies and interspecies relationship. Ecological niche. Dynamics of ecosystems; taxonomical and ecological classification; geosystems; divergence and convergence. Processes in ecosystems; materials and energy; production biology; biomass. Development of ecosystems in natural conditions, optimalization and alternative of sustainability. Development of attitude relation of man in nature. Environment conservation. Territorial conservation, biofond care. Deteriorating landscape environment, global problems of devastation; wastage. Impacts of human factors on atmosphere, hydrosphere, edosphere. Legislation in care of environment in local, regional and global conditions; ecological projects.

- 1. Předmět a cíl studia 2. Návaznost ekologie na další vědní disciplíny 3. Rozdělení podle předmětu zkoumání 4. Metody ekologie 5. Životní prostředí organismu 6. Ekologické faktory a podmínky a jejich členění podle cykličnosti působení, ekologická valence 7. Tolerance a adaptace organismů na podmínky prostředí, limitující faktory 8. Divergence a konvergence znaků, alopatrie a sympatrie 9. Introdukce, aklimatizace a domestikace 10. Jednota živých systémů s prostředím ? organismus, populace, biocenóza, geobiocenóza, ekosystém 11. Podmínky života ve stojatých a tekoucích vodách (povrchových a podzemních), ekologické faktory některých extrémních vodních ekosystémů a jejich společenstva (rašeliniště, periodické vody, saliny). Znečišťování vodního prostředí a jeho bioindikace 12. Terestrické ekosystémy (vývoj přírody a krajiny v nejmladší geologické minulosti), vliv člověka na krajinu a jeho důsledky (zvyšování a ochuzování biodiverzity apod.)
