- Course objectives
- Review of vertebrate fauna of Czech and Slovak Republics (lampreys - Petromyzones, sturgeons - Acipenseriformes, bony fishes - Teleostei, amphibians - Lissamphibia and Amniota - reptiles, birds and mammals). Autochthonous and allochtonous species as well as extinct, endangered and invasive ones - their European areal, distributional status in the Czech and Slovak Republics, threats and protection.

- Review of vertebrate fauna of Czech and Slovak Republics (lampreys - Petromyzones, sturgeons - Acipenseriformes, bony fishes - Teleostei, amphibians - Lissamphibia and Amniota - reptiles, birds and mammals).
