- Course objectives
- At the end of the course the students are able to: Understand and explain developmental processes; Identify structures formed during embryogenesis; Interpret and explain recent knowledge and problems in regenerative and reproductive medicine; Formulate and discuss hypothesis about ontogenesis and evolution.
- Syllabus
- Embryology, pract. course 2 hours weekly.1. Introduction, microscopical preparations: reproduction, gametogenesis; 2 Semen analysis (Sus scrofa forma domestica), cultivation and preservation of the gametes; 3 Evaluation of the gamete survival, microscopical preparations: blastogenesis, organogenesis I; 4 Microscopical preparations: blastogenesis, organogenesis II; 5 Human reproductive medicine demonstrations; 6 Reproductive biotechnologies in veterinary medicine - selected tasks and demonstrations;
