- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The goal of this subject is an understanding of selected topics from plasma chemistry with special attention to the techniques important in industry.
- Learning outcomes
- By passing this course student will be able:
-identify and describe key applications of plasma chemistry in the industry;
-understand basic principles of plasma interaction with surfaces and plasma synthesis of functional coatings and particles;
