    Day 1 (5th October)

    9:00 – 10:30 (I) Uranium, thorium, REE physical and chemical properties, and implications for exploration.

    10:30 – 11:00 COFFEE BREAK

    11:00 – 12:30 (II) U, Th, REE mineralogy and its distribution in the rocks. A practical approach for the knowledge of the main uranium minerals and their meaning as uranium sources.
