Prerequisites
! F8542 Exp. met. and spec. lab.
It is recommended to enrol the course F7100 in the same semester.
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is also offered to the students of the fields other than those the course is directly associated with.
fields of study / plans the course is directly associated with
Course objectives
The goal of the subject is to master advanced experimental techniques. Majority of tasks is measured using up-to-date research equipment. This imposes higher demands on students, but brings better orientation in current experimental methods.
Learning outcomes
Student will get experiences with number of experimental techniques and with processing of experimental data.
Syllabus
  • measurement of hf. parameters by a vector analyzer
  • reactive magnetron sputtering, hysteresis of the process
  • phase-resolved imaging by an ICCD camera
  • FTIR spectrometry
  • optical emission spectroscopy, measurement of the dissociation degree
  • Langmuir probe
