- Prerequisites
- ! F8542 Exp. met. and spec. lab.
It is recommended to enrol the course F7100 in the same semester. - Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is also offered to the students of the fields other than those the course is directly associated with.
- fields of study / plans the course is directly associated with
- Plasma physics and nanotechnology (programme PřF, N-FYZ)
- Physics (programme PřF, B-FY)
- Course objectives
- The goal of the subject is to master advanced experimental techniques. Majority of tasks is measured using up-to-date research equipment. This imposes higher demands on students, but brings better orientation in current experimental methods.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will get experiences with number of experimental techniques and with processing of experimental data.
- Syllabus
- measurement of hf. parameters by a vector analyzer
- reactive magnetron sputtering, hysteresis of the process
- phase-resolved imaging by an ICCD camera
- FTIR spectrometry
- optical emission spectroscopy, measurement of the dissociation degree
- Langmuir probe
