  • Preparation and cultivation of bacterial viruses; Preparation of phage lysate; Assessing of the phage titre ; One step growth curve of the bacteriophage; Assessing of the burst size of phages; Mutation index; Induction of the phage using UV-light; Transduction in Staphylococcus aureus; Isolation of the temperature sensitive mutants of bacteriophages
