- Course objectives
- This lecture is conceived as an introduction into molecular biology and is based on the chapters selected from the textbook "Introduction into Molecular Biology" (1999-2000, four parts).
- Syllabus
- Proteins (primary, secondary and higher structures of proteins and their biological functions). Nucleic acids (primary, secondary and tertiary structure of DNA and RNA, different conformations of DNA and their significance in biological systems). Interactions of proteins with DNA.
