Course objectives
The course is devoted mainly to the students of geology (master program). The goal is the introduce to the problems of the law and regulations related with hydrogeological operations.

  • generally valid law and legislation
  • contracts; records from transfers and assumptions
  • citizen x firm and administration organizations
  • laws and legislations related with geology
  • arrangement and realization of the drilling operations
  • clash of interests
  • EIA; risk analysis; audits; validity of the regulations ČSN a ISO
  • discussion and practical examples
