Syllabus (in Czech)

• Vliv skladby horninového podloží (mineralogie, geochemie) a klimatických poměrů na kvalitu a produkci vína. Izotopové stopovací analýzy stroncia ve víně ("otisky prstů" vína). Příklady z tuzemských a zahraničních terroirů. Řízené degustace vína z popisovaných terroirů.
