- Course objectives
- The main objective of the course Diploma thesis is to train the students in writing of Diploma theses; the teacher helps with orientation in problematics and in finishing the diploma thesis. After concluding the course the student should be able to use the data and information acquired during elaboration of the diploma thesis together with the advices and information from the supervisor and elaborate them in a complex way so that the student can finish and submit a valid diploma thesis and defend it's results and to present his/her work. The student should also be able to contribute to research in the field of anthropology and independently create and critically evaluate different approaches and solutions.

- Consultations with the supervisor of the diploma thesis regarding the thesis topic.

- Consultations with the supervisor on regular basis. The student informs about work progress, consults with the supervisor the theoretical and practical problems as they arise; finishing the diploma thesis.

- The credit is awarded at the end of the course for consults on regular basis, for finishing and submitting the diploma thesis.

Information on course enrolment limitations: V podzimním semestru si tento předmět smí zapsat jen studenti 6. ročníku antropologie. In the fall semester only students of the 6th year of study can enroll in this course.
