- Course objectives
- The main aims of the course are to explore the interconnectedness of specific social, environmental and economic issues in the world. The students will get insight into the complexity of current global problems. They will also develop the skills for comparing various perspectives (including reflecting their own views). The methods of active learning and of the program RWCT (Reading and writing to critical thinking) are applied in the course. Specific aims: - to develop various ways of reflecting complex topics - to search different ways to changes/solutions both within and outside current frameworks/systems - to develep the skill of critical thinking and constructive discussion

- - vypracování drobných písemných úkolů na základě četby, reflexe hodin (příprava na seminář, termín odevzdání vždy do čtvrtka před seminářem)- celkem 7x
- závěrečná esej (6000 znaků)
Hodnocení je založeno na vypracování těchto úkolů a eseje, tj. jiná zkouška nebo kolokvium se nekoná. - Language of instruction
