Course objectives
The course is devoted to students of bachelor study of the biological subjects. It follows the main goal to present them the elements of general and systematic paleontology.

  • Position of paleontology in the system of sciences & Fosssils and fossilization & Methods of paleontological research & Paleoecology & Biostratigraphy & Paleobiogeography & Rockforming activities of organisms & Evolution & Systematic paleontology - overview (plants and animals & Evolution of life in the Precambrian & Evolution of life in the Paleozoic & Evolution of life in the Mesozoic & Evolution of life in the Cenozoic
