- Course objectives
- Main objectives are presentation and discussions with students preparing master and PhD thesis in petrology. Students can presents own particular results during the seminar and discuss problems related to the Ms. Theses.
- Learning outcomes
- The learning outcomes of the course "Advanced Seminar in Petrology" include: In-depth understanding of petrological processes: Ability to analyze and interpret the composition and structure of rocks. Critical analysis of scientific literature: Ability to evaluate and discuss current scientific articles in the field of petrology. Practical skills: Application of advanced methods for studying rocks, including microscopic and analytical techniques. Presentation of findings: Ability to effectively present research or analyses, both orally and in writing. Research preparation: Development of skills necessary for independent scientific work in petrology.
