• Intern, Prefécture d'Ille-et-Vilaine, Rennes, France October 2019 — December 2020 French internship in Rennes in the Prefecture of Ille-et-Vilaine. Thanks to this practical experience, I consolidated my knowledge of the French language and gained partial knowledge of both French and Czech public administration. University Activities

• Ing. (MSc.), Masaryk University, Brno September 2018 — June 2020 I completed a master's degree in the French-Czech study program Public Administration (l'Administration publique - MFTAP) also at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University. Diploma thesis - Performance and its management in French Public Administration The diploma thesis summarizes the theory of Performance Management and presents results of the research on the extent of the usage of Performance Management Tools within French prefectures. The research focused itself on how the employee’s performance is defined, how the performance is evaluated, and how the information concerning the prefecture staff’s performance is handled. The recommendations for improvement are also formulated at the end of the thesis. Master II, Université de Rennes I , Rennes September 2018 — June 2020 Master's follow-up study program - Public Administration. French-Czech double degree program (MFTAP - Master franco-tchèque d'administration publique). Finished by defending a report from an internship in the prefecture of Ille-et-Vilaine with a mark of 18/20 (A). Bc. (BSc.), Masaryk University, Brno September 2015 — June 2018 Bachelor's degree in Finance and Law. ERASMUS + internship at the Université du Luxembourg. Bachelor thesis - Cashless Payments and Their Legal Regulation in the Czech Republic I chose this topic because for it is up-to-date and important. The main objective was to analyze various methods of cashless payment transactions, secondly, to expose the legislature of cashless payments. I have been working on this since high school and also due to thoughts about my possible future career in the Public Administration.

Awards Related to Science and Research

• A-levels, Chigwell School, Chigwell, Essex, UK September 2013 — June 2015 OSF/HMC Scholar In the selection process (through the OSF and HMC), I went through several rounds and then received a two-year scholarship to Chigwell School in the UK, where I successfully completed my studies in history, mathematics, French, government and politics. Thanks to this experience, I learned English at the C1 level. Nationwide finalist, High-school Specialized activity, Brno June 2012 — May 2013 SOČ – 8th place nationwide finals (topic 13 – Economics and Management) In 2013, I elaborated a thesis on the topic of Reductions of Cash Payments in the field of economics and management. I won 8th place in the national round. Thanks to this experience, I got a better overview of the academic field and professional activities. JCMM Scholar, High-school Specialized activity, Brno May 2012 — June 2013 Scholarship for the research and student's activity.
