Organisational skills and competences Already while I was a student, I gained experience in handling diversity as a leader of a Boy Scout & Girl Guide group. As a member of the respective program committees, I contributed in organizing scholarly conferences e.g. in Bratislava, Berlin, Istanbul, Bukarest.
