                                    Instructions for reviewers


The assessment process is mutually confidential; the journal does not reveal identity of reviewers
to authors under any circumstances, or identity of authors to reviewers. Reviewers are also
required to consider the information identified during study of paper strictly confidential.


Report contains 12 criteria, space for additional comments, reviewer’s recommendations and space
for comment to the editor only. For each criterion score according to the scale below and verbal
evaluation should be used.

Score: 0 to 5

Verbal evaluation: Verbal reasoning of the score – it should be in accordance with the assigned
points; its recommended range is 1 to 3 sentences.


Evaluation scale:

0          Insufficient

1          Very weak
2          Below Average
3          Average
4          Very good
5          Excellent
Author is acquainted only with the comments of reviewers (not score) and overall score of editors.
