      The Application Form (both Part1 and Part 2) is complete and complies with the application
form's requirements;

      One original and four copies of all documents are annexed;

      An electronic copy of the file is enclosed;

      The Application Form is typed and is in English;

      The Application Form is signed and dated.


Supporting documents


   Proofs of nationality and age are annexed  (i.e. copy of passport) are annexed;

   Two recommendation letters are annexed;

   Copy of the applicant's PhD Diploma or the most recent diploma is annexed;

   Copy of the applicant's most recent publications is annexed;

   Letter from the sending institution endorsing the applicant's participation in STF China is
annexed;

   Evidence of the sending institution's previous/ existing co-operation with China is annexed;

   Invitation letter from Chinese hosting institution is annexed;

  Evidence of the Chinese hosting institution's previous/ existing co-operation with European
research institutions is annexed.
