Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  * Proactive analysis of the consumer banking portfolio to identify business opportunities to grow
  * Data mining across all available banking data
  * Active communication with senior management, product and portfolio managers
  * Setting up campaign processes including its tracking and evaluations
  * Design and utilization of propensity and scoring models
  * Cooperates on business intelligence processes improvements and optimizations
  * Responsible for identification and covering of gaps between business users needs and data
sources available

Requirements:

  * University degree (technical or economics)
  * Financial and banking background
  * Strong analytical skills
  * Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (basic knowledge at least)
  * Good knowledge of business intelligence architecture
  * Experience with analytical/data mining tool is advantage
  * English on communicative level
  * Team player, high energy level, dynamic and flexible
