THE IDEA
Inspired from multinational companies, a group of Italian Professionals and Chartered Accountants had the
intuition to relocate and concentrate accounting activities, industrializing processes and investing in advanced
technologies.
Core to the outcome of the project is the selection and training of the employees and the Czech Republic was
chosen among the countries where excellent graduates can be found, trained and eventually hired

Since 2011 Becomes has concentrated its efforts on process design and industrialization, on
ad hoc software development and on ensuring superior quality of the output.

Becomes has designed and developed a secure standardized process for document reception, classification and
accounting that facilitates the work of Becomes operators and ensures enhanced accounting outputs.
The process is straightforward:
The customer scans its documents and uploads the PDF file on Becomes portal
Uploaded files are collected by our Document and Process Management Software
Becomes operators sort and classify documents according to type and due date criteria
Docs are accounted by Becomes operators through the use of our Accounting Software
Docs are checked according to a consolidated and standardized program

Masaryk University will arrange an Italian language course designed to train Becomes
future possible employees

This project has been designed in cooperation with Masaryk University in order to recruit young candidates
who, thanks to the support of the Italian Language Course arranged by the University and the Specific Course
that focuses mainly on Italian accounting skills, are able to be recruited for a significant experience in Becomes
Brno offices or for an highly qualifying Internship in Italy.
Eventually, after a final test to track the improvements - achieved after the stage and the courses - the candidates
will join Becomes as Accountants.
