During this stay you will work on challenging individual assignments and group assignment together with other Trainees. Plant stay (abroad): In the final phase you will have the chance to deepen your international experience and learning on-the job in a plant stay abroad. The program begins September, 1st 2016 (unlimited contract). Entering the company is possible any time before the program starts, which gives you the opportunity to work on interesting topics beforehand. After the 18 months program it is foreseen that you go on another international assignement for 2 years to work abroad in a plant and broaden your network within the company.
