The phases of the 18-months trainee program:
Home Plant Stay: In the first 6 months you will gain experience in your home plant, working on various challenging controlling projects and
tasks.
International assignment (central): During the next 6 months you can expand your skills working on topics in multi-cultural business
teams at Continental’s Central Controlling Department in Germany, Hannover. During this stay you will work on challenging individual
assignments and group assignment together with other Trainees.
Plant stay (abroad): In the final phase you will have the chance to deepen your international experience and learning on-the job in a plant
stay abroad.
The program begins September, 1st 2016 (unlimited contract). Entering the company is possible any time before the program starts, which
gives you the opportunity to work on interesting topics beforehand.
After the 18 months program it is foreseen that you go on another international assignement for 2 years to work abroad in a plant and
broaden your network within the company.

Job requirements:
 Above-average university degree in business administration with majors in finance, accounting, corporate management or similar
qualification.

 Open-minded, responsible and self-driven team player with unrestricted international mobility.
 Ambition for high performance and passion for the automotive industry.
 High willingness to work abroad.
