Internationalisation for Lecturers
Are you interested in internationalising your teaching and classroom, online and/or live,
and curious about how this is being done at other universities of applied sciences?
Then this course is for you!
The Hague University of Applied Sciences organises a training trajectory for lecturers in
joint collaboration with Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Rotterdam
University of Applied Sciences. The trajectory will consist of six online sessions
throughout the first semester and will give participants the opportunity to work with
lecturers from the two other participating institutions, allowing for cross-institutional
insights into teaching and learning. These are the details:
• When: Friday mornings (see dates below)
• Dates and topics:
o 10 January - Internationalising your curriculum
o 24 January - Internationalising your module
o 7 February - Intercultural awareness
o 14 February - Internationalising your classroom
o 7 March - Online collaboration
o 21 March – Assessment
All sessions will be in English.
• Format:
o Webinars: 9.00-10.00
o Workshops: 10.30-12.00
It is possible to attend webinars only or the complete course (webinars + workshops)
• Registration: there are no registration costs. It is possible to register for webinars
only or the complete course (webinars + workshop). If you are interested send an
