business (five months)
Description of the project
The goal of the project is to have one place where all the information about past and future
career steps of IBM Delivery Center employees will be.
Its objective is to
• have a visibility of internal pipeline structured per competency, service lines, job
role. See the availability of people in terms of dates, skills, training seminars passed
to be able to upskill effectively and with respect to the strategy of the centre,
• see the internal pipeline for certain areas, incl. the progress that will enable us to
make decisions or at least to have one factor more to make a decision (length of
stay, performance),
• measure and track the candidates and performance of the recruiters, clear
processes,
• have an overview of the spent budget.
Work activities
keep the project documents up-to-date
gather information in relation to the tools used
coordinate the cooperation between the teams
prepare the documentation and project updates
actively participate in project initiative and suggestions
