IBM Internship Program 2013/2014
IBM Delivery Centre team in Brno makes it possible for you to take part in interesting
projects within The Internship Program. This program is available from October 2013 –
February/March 2014.
IBM Delivery Center Czech Republic Brno is one of the biggest and most diverse IBM
centers of its kind worldwide. Brno centre core activities focus on providing strategic
outsourcing services, remote server and application support, networking services and end
customer support.
Junior Project Manager
In our team we are running global projects in the areas of infrastructure, business applications and IBM
strategic programs. In this project your task will be to set up a management system for measurements of
PMs and programme managers' performance across IBM sites (Czech Republic, Poland, India, Malaysia,
France).
Description of roles:
• Design a performance tracking system
• Design a performance report
• Consolidate data
• Work with teams (portfolio managers, first line managers) to collect information
• Set up a system to have the data updated on a quarterly basis
Skills required:
• Advanced Excel (macros, Visual Basic)
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Detail oriented
