The Internship Program. This program is available from February 2014 – June 2014.
IBM Delivery Centre CE Brno is one of the biggest and most diverse IBM centers of its kind worldwide.
Brno centre core activities focus on providing strategic outsourcing services, remote server and application
support, networking services and end customer support.
Issue Management Coordinator
You will be responsible for creating, updating & closing of protective evidence which is used as additional source
for IBM internal audits & reviews
Description of roles:
 Creation of CIRATS issues (special evidence for process audit purposes);
 Participation on creation of actions plans in case of SW discrepancies;
 Analysis of gaps which are detected within SW License management process
Skills required:
 Very good English language skills written and verbal;
 MS Office (focus in MS Excel);
 Good communication skills;
 Basic IT Skills;
 Creative thinking - to think about a problem and to find a solution
