The Internship Program. This program is available from February 2014 – June 2014.
IBM Delivery Centre CE Brno is one of the biggest and most diverse IBM centers of its kind worldwide.
Brno centre core activities focus on providing strategic outsourcing services, remote server and application
support, networking services and end customer support.
Re-validation Project Coordinator
We would like to revalidate and enhance our dispatching rules. You will understand the current working
environment and propose improvements to work distribution to people working in the team based on his
observations.
Description of roles:
 Student will have to understand the scope of provided services by our team. He/she will have the
opportunity to dispatch the workload on the shifts and propose improvements to current setup.

 Technical knowledge (optional, not mandatory)
