IBM Internship Program 2014
IBM Delivery Center team in Brno makes it possible for you to take part in interesting projects within The
Internship Program. This program is available from February 2014 – May 2014.
IBM Delivery Center Czech Republic Brno is one of the biggest and most diverse IBM centers of its kind
worldwide. Brno centre core activities focus on providing strategic outsourcing services, remote server and
application support, networking services and end customer support.
SW License Administrator
Our main goal is to provide a solid background about licensing of our customer's SW. The process begins with
HW data that are matched with SW data, then compared by the system and our goal is to make sure that each
SW installed on customer's device is properly licensed and paid for.
Description of roles:
 Responsible for performing all tasks that can be done centrally
 Perform the first tasks for the reporting of the software installations(gather and consolidate data, create
software installation reports)
 Perform the first tasks for the reconciling of the software licenses(gather data, create software reconciliation
reports, perform analyzing that is possible globally)
 Update the Second Software License Repository
 Communication with internal IBM customers
 Investigation and knowing vendor's terms and conditions regarding licensing
Skills required:
 Analytical thinking
 Advanced English
 Team player
 Good knowledge of MS Excel
 IT background - advantage
 PC skills
