IBM Delivery Centre CE team in Brno makes it possible for you to take part in interesting projects within
The Internship Program. This program is available from February 2014 – June 2014.
IBM Delivery Centre CE Brno is one of the biggest and most diverse IBM centers of its kind worldwide.
Brno centre core activities focus on providing strategic outsourcing services, remote server and application
support, networking services and end customer support.
Disaster Recovery Project Support
Within the project you will be introduced to Business Continuity planning and Crisis situation solution finding.
You will get knowledge how to identified potential threats of company business, how to manage them and how to
prevent them in the future by local change management and business continuity procedures.
You will be also presented to management tools used in enterprise company.
Description of roles:
 Handling with BC/DR equipment and inventory check
 Working with document databases
 Support of standard tasks
Skills required:
 Basic Windows systems knowledge
 Intermediate knowledge of Excel welcome
 Ability to understand written and spoken English language
 Accuracy and detail oriented
 Open minded, critical thinking necessary
