IBM Delivery Centre CE team in Brno makes it possible for you to take part in interesting projects within
The Internship Program. This program is available from February 2014 – June 2014.
IBM Delivery Centre CE Brno is one of the biggest and most diverse IBM centers of its kind
worldwide. Brno centre core activities focus on providing strategic outsourcing services, remote
server and application support, networking services and end customer support.
Wiki Pages Administrator
Goal of this project is to build centralized Wintel technical Wiki web targeting Microsoft Windows Server, Citrix
and Intel-based HW technologies. Input data will be current technical documentation used by seven Wintel
support teams. Wiki will contain not only technical guidance, procedures and best practices, but also tools and
scripts developed within IBM teams.

Description of roles:
 Consolidation of current technical documentation
 Best practices and tools from Wintel teams (seven)
 Building the navigation structure based on logical hierarchy
 Standardize the layer and content of technical documents
Skills required:
 Very good documentation skills
 English on communicative level
 Basic knowledge of www pages creation and navigation (system is in place already - IBM Connections)
 Knowledge of basic technical terms
