- Associate Automation and Performance Tester -
This position is intended for SSME Fl MUNI 1 semester internship. Are you a developer with basic knowledge of any OOP language?
SolarWinds is looking for you, smart and talented developer, with no or limited commercia experience with software development.

What Associate Automation and Performance Tester does at SolarWinds?
• Creates, executes and investigates automated tests
• Creates and performs load, stress, and scalability tests on various platforms
• Enjoys reviewing code of others and accepts constructive criticism about own code
• Performs functional, regression and integration tests
• Assists customer support with analyzing customer issues and providing extensive details to the development team
• Learns as much as possible and as fast as possible
What is needed for this position?
• Good general IT background
• Basic programming skills in OOP language (C#, Java)
• Strong networking knowledge and experience (TCP/IP)
• Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated creativity
• Ability to use English on daily basis
What would be helpful, but it isn't required?
• Knowledge of DBs and SQL
• Knowledge of Deep Packet Inspection principles
• Experience with agile processes
