Who is the psychological counselling service for?
Psychological counselling is available to MU employees as one of the employee benefits. It is available to all MU employees with at least 50% workload or more. Thus, the counselling cannot be used by employees working on agreement to complete a job, agreement to perform work or contract worker.
Employees can take advantage of up to 3 consultations free of charge.
These consultations are not for acute conditions, in acute cases please contact the Outpatient Department of the Psychiatric Clinic of the Brno University Hospital or the Psychiatric Hospital Brno.

What are the conditions for using the psychological counselling for employees?
1. Psychological counselling is available to MU employees as one of the employee benefits. It is available to all MU employees with at least 50% workload or more (for the purpose of using this service, all workloads on MU are summed together).
Thus, the counselling cannot be used by employees working on agreement to complete a job, agreement to perform work or contract worker.
2. Currently, MU employees can take advantage of a total of 3 free consultations. The number of free consultations provided to MU employees may vary depending on the availability of relevant financial resources.
3. Appointments for consultations, as well as cancellations, can be booked via the booking system available at the link above.
Cancellations can be made in the booking system at least 48 hours before the agreed consultation date. If you need to make an excuse for serious reasons (e.g. illness) less than 48 hours before the agreed consultation time, please contact both the relevant psychologist (on the phone or email you received when confirming your booking) and at the same time by email to psycholog@muni.cz .
4. In the event that you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior apology, the consultation will be forfeited.
