Masarykova univerzita, Právnická fakulta Veveří 158/70, 611 80 Brno, Česká republika 1/2 T: +420 549 49 1211, E: info@law.muni.cz, www.law.muni.cz Dean´s Provision of Faculty of Law of Masaryk University No. 13/2019 Implementation of HR AWARD – HRS4R (into force from 10th October 2019) In accordance with Art. 28 par. 1 of the Higher Education Act No. 111/1998 Sb., and amending and suplementing other acts (Higher Education Act) as amended (furhter only the Higher Education Act), I hereby issue the following provision. Article 1 The subject 1. With the intention to create long-term, sustainable, international , prestigious, and transparent workspace open to top researchers, both domestic and foreign, effective from 10. 10. 2019 at the Faculty of Law MU (hereinafter as „Faculty“), launched Setting up of the Strategic Management for a Research Organisation in accordance with the requirements to obtain the HR Award, to support the development of Human Resources and International Research Orientation. This project is in accordance with the long-term strategic plan of the Faculty and the goal of the Faculty is to implement the HR strategy for researchers (HRS4R) in accordance with the Commission´s Recommendation 2005/251/EC, on the European Charter for Researchers and on the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. 2. Management of the Faculty considers the implementation of the human resource strategy (HRS4R) as one of the strategic priorities. Article 2 The duty of cooperation All employees of the Faculty shall, when being asked and with respect to their capacities, provide assistance and cooperation with the authorities, which are involved in the preparation and implementation of the HR strategy for acquisition and retention of the HR Award. Article 3 The staffing scheme for the implementation of HR Award The staffing scheme for obtaining and implementation of HR Award is provided in the first Annex of this provision. Article 4 Final provisions (1) I hereby designate the Vice-dean for the Strategy and Development of the Faculty as the person responsible for interpretation, updating, and enforcememnt of this provision.
