Determination of the amount of the fee in
internationally recognised course programmes after the
termination of the commitment at the end of the agreed
duration
(as amended with effect from 13 September 2023)
Pursuant to Section 28(1) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions
and on Amendments and Additions to Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), as
amended (hereinafter referred to as
"the Act"), I issue the following measure:
Introductory provisions
This measure determines the amount of the fee for activities carried out in
internationally recognised course programmes (hereinafter also referred to as
programmes) which are carried out pursuant to Section 60a of Act No. 111/1998
Coll., on Higher Education and Amendments and Supplements to Other Acts (Act on
Higher Education), as amended, in the event that the obligation arising from the
concluded education contract has ceased due to the expiry of the agreed duration
and the learner has been successfully granted an exemption to complete his/her
studies on the basis of his/her application.
Article 1
Amount of the fee
The fees are set out in Annex 1 at prices excluding VAT. The amount of the fee is set
by the Secretary of the Faculty on the basis of the specific activities associated with
the actions leading to graduation. The administration of the fees is carried out by the
Centre for Continuing Education.
Article 2
Final provisions
1) This measure shall enter into force on 13 September 2023.
2) I entrust the interpretation to the Secretary of the Faculty.

Fee for repeating written work 15 000 CZK
The fee includes 3 one-hour consultations (60 minutes), preparation of 3 referee
reports and the defence of the final thesis.
Fee for repeating the final exam 5 000 CZK
The fee includes taking the final exam before a three-member board.
Fee for repeating module work 2 500 CZK
The fee includes 1 hour consultation (60 minutes) on the module work and
preparation of the expert opinion.
