Determination of the amount of study-related fees
for the academic year 2024/2025
(as amended with effect from 1 September 2024)
Pursuant to Section 28(1) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions and
on Amendments and Additions to Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), as amended
(hereinafter referred to as the "Higher Education Act"), I issue the following measure:
Article 1
Determination of the amount of fees for the admission procedure
(1) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 58(5) of the Higher Education Act and Article 5
of Appendix No. 2 of the Statutes of Masaryk University (hereinafter referred to as the
"MU Statutes"), I hereby set the admission fees for the admissions procedure
commencing in the academic year 2024/2025 in accordance with Section 58(1) of the
Higher Education Act and Article 3 of Appendix No. 2 of the MU Statutes:

(2) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 58(5) of the Higher Education Act and Article 5
of Appendix No. 2 of the MU Statutes, I hereby set the fee for admission to a doctoral
study programme commencing in the academic year 2024/2025 in the amount of
CZK 800 for admission to study in a foreign language pursuant to Section 58(4) of
the Higher Education Act and Article 4 of Appendix No. 2 of the MU Statutes.
Article 2
Determination of the amount of fees for study in a study programme conducted in a foreign
language
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 58(5) of the Higher Education Act and Article 13
of Appendix No. 2 of the MU Statutes, I hereby set the tuition fees for the academic
year 2024/2025 for doctoral study programmes conducted in a foreign language
pursuant to Section 58(4) of the Higher Education Act and Article 12 of Appendix No.
2 of the MU Statutes at:

Article 3
Determination of the amount of fees for the assessment of the fulfilment of the condition for
admission to study
pursuant to Section 48(4)(d) and (5)(c) of the Act
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 48(7) of the Higher Education Act and Article
15 of Appendix No.2 of the MU Statutes, I am setting the amount of the fee for the
academic year 2024/2025 for acts related to the assessment of compliance with the
conditions for admission to study pursuant to Section 48(4)(d) and (5)(c) of the Act
and Article 14 of Appendix No.2 of the Statutes:

Article 4
Final provisions
(1) I hereby delegate the interpretation of the individual provisions of this measure to
the Vice-Dean for Relevant Studies.
(2) Compliance with this measure is monitored by the Secretary of the Faculty.
(3) This measure shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
(4) This measure shall enter into force on 1 September 2024.
