Introduction
 Lectures of third year Pathophysiology have been given to Dale but
asked to not be put onto the internet in any form, they will be held in
the MIMSA office for people to come and copy but, make sure that
people are aware that due to copy-rights they will not go onto the
internet.
 Look into having lectures recorded in the new lecture hall
Orientation week

and the kind of things that are needed to be organized.

Public Relations
 Majales- was successful and had good conversations with other
organisations
 Handbook has been finished, we will view it before it is finished.
 T-shirt competition has started and the poster has been posted- people
have said that it is the wrong time to have it as people don’t have
enough time.
Social
 Smoke free party with the IFMSA happening tonight- co-operation
wanted. But no help needed to set up the club.
Education
 Iraklis talk was successful however, we in future need to know of the
content of talks that happen and our name is on which didn’t happen in
this case.
 The education committee has still to be decided and there is a problem
of deciding what to do about Joana Duarte who applied- it has been
decided to put her on a form of probation to see if she is fit to serve us
in a positive way.
 We still require a 1st
year dentistry rep. a situation which is not worth
rectifying at this late stage of the semester. – the class have a problem
with the anatomy syllabus and not being given sufficient time for testsso
the education dept. will speak with and discuss the situation to see
the full extent of the problem.
 Feedback and elective forms are being sorted by Shan
 Research project information is being sent out and a video on how to
access it will be made- important more for the next semester
Medics Sans Frontier – there is a talk happening in the future- more
information to follow
Treasurer
 Mistreatment of things given to MIMSA- we must return things in the
same situation in which they were given to us or we will be forced to
replace them
 There are cash irregularities- so there is a payment in form which will
be used- Don’t put random money exchanges into the cabinet that
there is no description of.
IT
 There are issues with the current website that means that we are
unable to upload pictures
The email interface of the IS.MUNI has been asked to be translated
into English- we will ask the Dean to have this done if not done soon-
 We now have departmental emails- these will be used instead of
personal ones that we use now- the info@mimsa.cz will be managed by
the general secretary still-
